Please consider a second medical opinion, as dark red blood is not a common hemorrhoid symptom and neither are the other symptoms you are describing.

You may have hemorrhoids, but i suggest the hemorrhoids may not be causing this.

A colonoscopy my be needed.

Hemorrhoids do not cause gas and bloating – that is more typical of a bowel disorder, such as IBS – Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

You really need to see a doctor and get this sorted out quite quickly, as no one really needs to force a passage to let wind out, unless there is something pretty wrong.

Could it be constipation doing it, perhaps, but most unlikely, as gas should still be able to pass by it.

Also, the constipation issue needs to be addressed by a doctor as well, as obviously this is way out of hand.

My suggestions anyway, and hope you get some good medical advice.

My adage, it’s better to be embarrassed and look like a dumby for a few minutes in a doctors office, than to die or suffer by not seeing one.
